& Other Stories, Grafton Street

Do you just love all things Scandi and are you a massive fan of ready-to-wear pieces that are edgy yet chic? Well, & Other Stories is right up your street!

I had the pleasure of shopping the new store on Grafton Street on Thursday night ahead of its official opening on Friday morning and I had such a great time. I suppose the mini bottles of Moet and the awesome DJ helped just a little. Also, I didn’t have to brave that mile long queue on Friday morning-kudos to those of you that did!

The store aesthetic is Scandi through and through. Pared back, white and minimal surroundings, complete with exposed beams, stylish display units and plenty of potted plants create a light and spacious interior. The displays are so effective and really entice you to buy a range of perfectly presented products.

While the clothing is simple, it is uber chic. Clean lines, styles that suit and plenty of colour, with a subtle amount of wearable print, line the rails.

There is also an amazing array of accessories and plenty of minimal but desirable jewellery options to complement any outfit choice.

And the shoes and bags are quality pieces that are beautifully designed and bang on trend.

But above all else, they have some brilliant beauty buys. I couldn’t recommend their lipsticks and body lotions enough. And my fellow scented candle lovers will rejoice when they see the gorgeous selection that & Other Stories has to offer. Beautiful and unusual scents in pristine packaging.

Honestly, it has quickly become my new favourite store. I think you’re going to love it! Those of you who live outside of Dublin will be happy to hear that you can shop online at http://www.stories.com/ie/New_in

Have any of you gone yet? Are you as in love as I am? Let me know.
