Fashion and beauty have really become a thing in Ireland post Sex and the City being aired here. This has led to some amazing beauty brands and cosmetic lines being produced and sold in Ireland. Here are some Irish beauty brands that you all should know about. You’ll thank me for it!
Blank Canvas Cosmetics
Stockists of the much loved Pippa Palette, these guys do a fab brush line and have the best affordable 88 colour palettes-in both nudes and colours.
The nude one is exceptional value at €18.99 and all the colours featured are incredibly wearable. And there is a great mix of mattes, shimmers and neutrals. I highly recommend this.
The Buff Make-Up Academy was founded by Paul Hession, of Hession Hairdressing, and renowned Irish make-up artist, Paula Callan.
Adorable cosmetics, that are cute enough to give Too Faced a run for their money. The Boom! Brow pots are a good dupe for Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow. I love them, and they’re only €15.50!
The Fill It palettes are very handy as well. Fill them with eyeshadows, blushes or with Illuminating Shimmer Pans. You have the power to build your own palette.
Let’s not forget our very own brilliant beauty blogger turned entrepreneur, Suzanne Jackson-who having launched her SoSu nail line, recently released her sell-out contour palette, which I am still dying to get my hands on. It’s getting rave reviews all round though. What else would we expect from our national treasure?!
Natural skincare products that are good enough to eat! These products are delectable and such a nice treat for your skin. I love the ‘Mum and Baby‘ range, which would be a nice treat for any new mummies that you might know. And the Feed Your Body and Feed Your Face gift sets too 🙂 These products are scrumptious!
And there is my round up of the best of Irish beauty products. It is Saint Patrick’s Day tomorrow and I’m proud to be celebrating all that is great about Ireland.
