Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Cleanser and Glycolic Fix Pads Review

While trying to get myself party ready for Christmas, I stocked up on a Party Prep Glycolic Fix Set, because it seemed to have everything I needed, and promised to change me into a new woman (almost) by transforming my dull, slack skin into a retextured dream 😉

The Party Prep Glycolic Fix Set contains two highly rated Nip+Fab products from the Glycolic Fix range-a Glycolic Fix Cleanser and 60 Glycolic Fix Pads. There is 2% glycolic acid used in the cleanser and 2.8% in the pads.

Glycolic acid has gained a bit of a rep for its brightening, retexturing and resurfacing properties. It can work wonders on dull and tired skin, hence why several beauty salons offer glycolic peel treatments.

There is also witch hazel added to the Glycolic Fix Pads, which is excellent for toning and is great for blemishes. They also contain hyaluronic acid and soothing blue daisy in their magic formula, which really helps to moisturise and smooth the complexion.

I love the pads because they are so easy to use. You simply wipe them over your face and neck up to twice a day, to refine skin and restore it to its former glory.

The cleanser contains olive oil to purify and soften the skin, and apple amino acids, which give it a nice fresh and fruity scent.

The glycolic range definitely works! My skin is much smoother and is definitely more even looking since using them. It feels so clean and fresh after using the wipes and washing skin with the foaming cleanser, which cleanses the skin perfectly. It also firms the skin brilliantly without making it feel overly tight, and has reduced the appearance of large pores too.

My complexion is definitely smoother, brighter and clearer after using these products. The products are quite balanced in that they cleanse thoroughly, but also add moisture and hydration back to the skin to keep it fresh and smooth.

The set is also really reasonably priced. It is currently available for €8.63 from the Nip+Fab website, and I got it half price in Boots last week. Shop around for it, and you’re sure to get a fab bargain!
